Four kinds of message are useful to us, and all four are read by the same two writers and the freelance editor who keep this guide.
A hotel we have not covered. Tell us the name and the city, and say in a sentence what the plan does with people. Our list is deliberately short, so an addition usually replaces something rather than lengthening the page.
A plan we have read wrong. If a corridor does not run where we say it runs, or an entrance has moved, write and we will change the wording and the month on the card.
A factual correction of any other kind, including a name or an operator that has changed. We charge nothing for corrections and never ask for anything in return.
A note from a hotel itself. Operators are welcome to send their own wording. We will read it, and we will say in our own words what we take from it.
We do not book rooms, hold reservations or pass enquiries on to hotels. A message sent here reaches the editors and no one else. We aim to answer within ten working days.
