Contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type, together with your consent to be answered. Nothing else is collected from the form.

Legal basis and purpose. Form data is processed on the basis of your consent, for the single purpose of reading and answering your message. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

Retention. Messages are kept for twelve months after the exchange ends, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period set by the host and then overwritten.

Server logs. Our host records the usual technical entries: an IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser string. These are used for security and fault-finding.

There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no third-party cookie and no first-party cookie. Nothing is written to local storage or any other store in your browser. The single script on the site opens and closes the navigation menu.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so requesting a page also requests the font files from that service and your IP address is visible to it.

Processors. The site is served by a hosting provider and email is handled by a mail provider, each acting under a written agreement and only on our instructions.

International transfers. Where a processor is outside your country, transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent recognised safeguard.

Your rights. You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write through the Contact page.

You may also complain to the supervisory authority for data protection where you live or work.
